Can we picnic in the park?
The park has two shaded picnic spots.
Is the park open in all weathers?
The park is open in all weathers.
We have 4 covered trains and many shelters.
Do people with reduced mobility have access to the park?
The Swiss Vapeur Parc is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Ask for preferential rates at the checkout.
We have platform wagons suitable for wheelchairs.
The paths are wheelchair accessible.
Adapted toilets are located outside the park towards the lakeside (about 50m).

Can we leave the park during the day?
When you first go to the checkout, a stamp on your hand allows you to enter and leave the park at your leisure during the day.
Can we smoke in the park?
NO. The park is completely non-smoking.
Can I visit the park with a stroller?
All paths are suitable for strollers.
We have a (non-guarded) space where strollers can be dropped.
Strollers are not allowed on trains.
Can I take several tours by train?
Admission includes free daily access to the park and unlimited train rides.
From what age do children pay admission?
Children pay admission from the age of 3.
Can I park near the park?
At your disposal:
- In front of the park, 40 paid parking spaces, including 2 spaces for people with a PRM permit.
- 200m by the lake, 120 spaces at the Bouveret station.
- For busy days, there is a 300-space car park at the entrance to the village served by a shuttle.
Parking rates: CHF 7.- per day, CHF 1.50 per hour in all car parks.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs on a leash are allowed in the park.
Dogs are not allowed on trains.
Please bring poop bags to keep the park clean.
