Description Chablais-City Station was the first building. It is not a copy of an existing station.

Description Aigle Castle dates from 1475. This reproduction is made from original materials.

Description The viaduct is a reproduction in a style typical of railway constructions. It was named in honour of Pierre Jaquerod, one of the founder members of the park.

Object Workshop for Rolling Stock and Sanitary Facilities
Description This building is completely underground and houses the workshops for the maintenance and repair of the rolling stock. It has two tracks, one of which is over 20 meters long. The park’s lavatories as well as the municipal public conveniences are installed here.

Object «Belle Usine« Power Station in Fully
Description Modified replica of the «Belle Usine« power station. The roof construction corresponds to the original. The steam driven generators inside supply the current used by the Riddes-Isérables cable car.
Steam engine: "Locomobile" type.

Built / modified 2008: Construction of the building and renovation of the «Locomobile« steam engine by the group from Roche. The steam engine was donated to the Swiss Vapeur Parc by Mr Charles-Emile Avondet.

Object The Sawmill in Nax
Description Original material was used to construct this replica of the Nax sawmill. The larch planks used for this model were cut in the sawmill. When approaching the building, the movements of the saw that is powered by a mill-wheel may be seen.

Description This building in the form of a tower is the surveillance and control centre of the Park.

Description In the old days when petrol lamps were used for signalling and to illuminate trains, the maintenance, refuelling and storage of all lamps took place at the “Lampisterie”.

Object Signal box
Description Signal box 1 was designed according to the signal boxes of the 1940s. This reproduction is no longer in operation. It was modelled on the tower from which one could see the entrance to the station and from which all the points were set.

Object The Ste-Flemme Depot
Description This 22 meter long underground depot is where the  covered carriages and trains are parked. It owes its name to the inspiration of one of the station masters who disliked, or was just too lazy to cross the whole park on rainy days to fetch a covered train. (flemme = laziness). Thanks to him the decision was taken to build a subterranean depot as near as possible to the main station and it was named «Flemme».

Object Engine-Roundhouse
Description The engine-roundhouse was built on the lines of a Märklin model scaled 1:87. It houses the steam engines that circulate daily in the park. The roundhouse has 8 holding tracks and two external, lateral tracks for maintenance.

Description Building in the gothic style as in the 1870s, similar to the town hall of Zurich. The exterior is made of hewn sandstone elements. The interior is designed to meet visitor's needs.

Object Saanen Church
Description Accurate reproduction of the Church of Saanen in the Bernese Oberland (Gstaad region). Compared to the original, the spire is inversed by 180 degrees. The interior with its imitation frescoes reflects the atmosphere of the actual church in Saanen. The interior is adapted to visitor's needs.

Object The Covered Market in Neuchâtel
Description The facade is a reproduction of the original market in Neuchâtel built with hewn stone blockse.
The back is a free design.
The building houses a souvenir shop.

Object Chablais-Village Station
Description When first built it was just a shed with a 4 meter platform. It was only several years later that this train stop became a station with two tracks and a 22 meter platform at which trains can stop.

Object Signal Box
Description This building is designed along the lines of the signal boxes of the 1940s. It serves as «control tower».  The switches in the Chablis-Village station are operated from here by means of an original box from the 1970s obtained from the Swiss Federal Railways.

Description The original was inhabited by a railwayman. It was his duty to operate the barriers at all times of day or night for every passing train. Today it is the gardener's shed.

Object «De la Prairie» Depot
Description Initially this depot was equipped with eight tracks and a transporter bridge. When the «La Marina» Residences were built, this area with its open-air depot had to be given up. It was replaced by a tunnel yard with three 30 meter tracks where train compositions can be coupled to their engines.
